The following agreement summarises the terms and conditions of use ("Agreement") that apply to Your use of jaingroup.com ("Web Site"), a
website that connects suppliers and customers all over the world. It is a contract between you, as a user of the website or services, and
Jain Group cochin. Any individual who accesses or uses the Web Site for any reason is referred to as "you," "your," or "user(s)."
By subscribing to or interacting with other User(s) on or entering into negotiations in respect of the sale or supply of goods or services
on or using the Web Site or Jain group Services in any manner for any purpose, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and
accepted the Agreement.
The Web Site serves as a matchmaking platform for Users to engage in discussions with other Users for the sale or supply of products or services.
Jain Group cochin is not a party to any discussions between the User(s) of the Web Site, and is also not a party to any agreement between the User(s)

The quality, safety, genuineness, lawfulness, or availability of the products or services offered for sale on the Web Site, or the ability of the
User(s) selling or supplying the goods or services to complete a sale, or the ability of the User(s) purchasing goods or services to complete a
purchase, are not under Jain Group Cochin's control or responsibility. This agreement does not constitute a partnership, joint venture, or any
other type of joint business arrangement between Jain Group and any other party.
The Agreement, as well as any other rules and regulations imposed by the applicable legislation from time to time, are binding on the user(s). Jain
Group shall have no liability to the User(s) or anyone else for any content, information, or other material transmitted over Jain Group Services,
including any fraudulent, untrue, misleading, inaccurate, defamatory, offensive, or illicit material, and that each User bears the entire risk of
damage from such material (s).
Before entering into any transactions with other users on the website, the user should make his own due diligence. Jain Group retains the right to
reject Jain Group's services to anybody at any time. User(s) whose Accounts have been temporarily or indefinitely suspended by Jain Group are not
eligible to access or utilise Jain Group.
This Agreement applies to anybody who visits or uses the Web Site, as well as anyone who utilises Jain Group cochin for any reason. It also applies
to any legal entity that may be represented by anybody who visits or uses the Web Site under their authority, whether actual or apparent. This WebSite
and/or Jain group Products may only be used for commercial/business purposes by users.
This Agreement covers all services offered on the Web Site and by the Jain group, as well as any additional terms and conditions that may
apply to any individual service utilised or accessed by Users on the Web Site. If any element of this Agreement conflicts with any extra
terms and conditions applicable to any service offered on the Web Site, the additional terms and conditions applicable to that service will
take precedence over this Agreement.
Personal information supplied by Users during the use of the Web Site is governed by Jain Groups privacy policy("Privacy Policy").
The Jain Group of Cochin ensures that its products are of high quality. Before being packaged, each item is lovingly created by the greatest
craftsmen and goes through a three-step quality check. We accept returns if a product does not meet your expectations or is damaged during delivery.
If you want to return a purchase, please let us know within 24 hours after delivery and include a photo of the item. You must return the item within
15 days after delivery to our address.

including that the manufacture, importation, distribution, offer, display, purchase, sale, and/or use of products or services offered or displayed on the
Web Site does not violate any Third-Party Rights. Any content downloaded or otherwise acquired from the Web site is done so at the User's own risk, and the
User is entirely liable for any damage to its computer system or data loss that may occur as a consequence of doing so. The Users should not rely on any
advice or information, whether oral or written, acquired through the Web Site or via or from the Web Site to make any warranty not specifically expressed
herein.
Under no circumstances will Jain Group be held liable for any delay, failure, or disruption of content or services delivered through the Web Site as a result of
acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, Internet failures, computer, telecommunications, or other equipment
failures, electrical power failures, strikes, or other labour disputes. Users agree to hold Jain Group, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees harmless
from any and all losses, claims, liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) arising from their use of the Web Site (including but not limited to
the display of Users information on the Web Site) or from Users of any of the terms and conditions of Users also undertake to hold Jain Group, its affiliates,
directors, officers, and employees free from any and all damages, claims, and liabilities (including legal expenses on a full indemnity
basis) arising from Users of any representations and warranties.
Users hereby further agree to indemnify and save Jain Group, its affiliates, directors, officers and employees harmless, from any and all losses, claims,
liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) which may arise, directly or indirectly, as a result of any claims asserted by Third Party
Rights claimants or other third parties relating to products offered or displayed on the Web Site. Users hereby further agree that Jain Group is not
responsible and shall have no liability for any material posted by other Users or any other person, including defamatory, offensive or illicit material and
that the risk of damage from such material rests entirely with the Users. Jain Group reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defence
and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by any Users, in which event such Users shall cooperate with Jain Group in asserting any available
defences.
Jain Group shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever (including
but not limited to damages for loss of profits or savings, business interruption, loss of information),
whether in contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or otherwise or any other damages resulting from any of the following:

All notices or demands to or upon a User’s shall be effective if either delivered personally, sent by courier, certified mail, by facsimile or email to the last-known correspondence, fax or email address provided by the Users on the Web Site,
or by posting such notice or demand on an area of the Web Site that is publicly accessible without a charge.
Notice to a User’s shall be deemed to be received by such Users if and when Web Site is able to demonstrate that communication, whether in physical or electronic
form, has been sent to such Users, or immediately upon Web Site’s posting such notice on an area of the Web Site that is publicly accessible without charge.
Under the BB banner, Jain Group will create a microsite on the Web Site for the User(s) firm ("BB Company"). The Jain Group will show all of the BB Company's leads on the microsite, allowing the BB Company to discover suppliers in a timely manner. BB Company thus provides Jain Group the right to utilise its intellectual property on the microsite and Web Site in connection with the BB Company's Web Site requirements.
All intellectual property rights in the BB Company's logos, names, and trademarks used in connection with the foregoing shall rest solely in the BB Company.
BB Company will guarantee that the materials given to Jain Group do not contain any material that is offensive, derogatory, explicit, or perverse to any specific race, gender, or class of people, or degrading to public conscience or morals, and that they do not violate any relevant legislation.
With respect to services supplied by Jain Group under the BB brand, Jain Group makes no representations or guarantees to BB Company.
With respect to the services offered by Jain Group under the BB brand, Jain Group expressly disclaims all warranties, explicit or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a specific purpose, and non-infringement.
Jain Group will not be responsible to BB Company for any special, exemplary, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or other damages arising out of or in connection with the above-mentioned service.
Aside from the above terms and conditions, the Agreement is regarded to be a part of the BB terms and conditions.
